We reserve the right to change our prices and points for products displayed at any time,and to correct pricing errors or points that may inadvertently occur. Return and Refund Policy: For any undamaged product, simply return it with with it's included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt or gift receipt within 3 days of that date you receive the product,and we will exchange it only because this is a point purchase not cash or currency payment. In addition, please note the following;(1) products ordered are finale purchase no refund and the following products can not be returned at all;Non perishables, all dairy products,all meats, and candy sweets, are not eligible for return or refund.(2) products can be returned only in country in which they were originally purchased or ordered.

 Rights of Right to Change Offering: We may without prior notice, change the services, stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer;or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Warranties & Responsibility for Services and Products: When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will remind you that all sales are finale but will be reviewed to replace if product is deemed replaceable.  products not returned in our 3 day policy will not be considered and customer is responsible for return shipment of the product.

Rights to Suspend or Cancel User Account: We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason including if sole determination you violate any provision of these terms of any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and / or services at any time. Not with standing anything to the contrary in the forgoing, with respect to automatically- renewal subscriptions to paid service, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon expiration of respective period of which you have already made payment.

Dr. Yvonne Price assumes no liability or responsibility for any (1) errors, mistakes,or inaccuracies of content:(2) personal injury or property damage, of any nature what so ever,resulting, from access to or use of our services;and (3) Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure services and /or any and all personal information stored therein.
